OUR GUIDELINES

Items purchased on our website may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in new, unused condition with all original labels and garment tags attached.

Returns that are damaged, stained, washed, worn, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Customised products — including skis with mounted bindings (ski kits) — cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Online purchases cannot currently be returned in-store at the Escape 2 Rossignol store in Thredbo.

Customers may choose between a refund and a store credit. All returns are subject to a $25 shipping and handling fee. Fees will be deducted from the total refund or credit amount.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Use our Returns Portal and search for your order, using your order number and email address
  2. Select the items you wish to return and confirm your request to receive a prepaid Australia Post shipping label. The label is also emailed to you.
  3. Print the label and bring your return to your nearest post office or post office box.
  4. When your return reaches our warehouse, all the items will pass a mandatory quality control. Once your return is granted, we will process your return based on the option you selected upon submitting your request.
  5. Once the package has been received, your return may take up to 5 business days to be handled by our warehouse. After that, you will receive a confirmation email once it has been processed.
